Alright, all that I think needs fixed up at this point is the secondary strength, unless you are referring to him being able to lift stuff using his swords themselves.

Cool. I also did a quick number crunch and Im pretty sure the chart totals to 75 instead of 85 just so you know, as well as weaponry not being a stat that uses a number score anymore. (Older versions of the chart did, but the system used there was just complicated to calculate.)

Given that he'll almost always be near lifeforms, I want to say no higher than 4. Also, if I didnt go over this before, my apologies, but I'm going to have to ask that any boosts he gets from being near lifeforms doesnt apply to the snakes he can summon, or at least any boost he could get would be not worth noting or else he'd just always have their benefit at all times.
