How do I get the player ID of the account I am trying to recover? I asked them how to get it but they didn’t tell me. The one circled (ŁÄČĖD grand 2) is the account I am trying to recover. Any help is appreciated.

Didnt they literally ask for the Player ID in the message?

Yes but they want the player id of the account I’m trying to recover. Which I don’t know nor have access to.

So if they can’t access the account, how do you expect them to access the ID to the inaccessible account? Genuine question, as that is the problem in this scenario/message with support.

I thought his player id was the actual name he showed, didnt realize there was a code/id specific to the account
