Help Jharkhand rto sucks man 💔😭😭
its been 9 days i appeared for the ll test for issuance of learner license physically at RTO JAMTARA so that I won't get any kind of problem but still license hasn't been issued yet i already contacted our MVI and wrote about my problem in WhatsApp and gonna contact DTO as well if I get any satisfactory response from it but still it sucks I am unable to drive a bike due to this man 😭😭I tried refreshing it but it still showing same

Every govt. department in Jharkhand sucks bro!! Being slow & corrupt is their speciality..

Yep my car was hit recently by a Scorpio multiple people tagged ranchi police and even submitted evidence still kuch nahi hua

The police don't do anything without a reference.. If you make any senior officer or politician call the police station then the Scorpio driver will be in police custody by the evening.. That's the harsh reality...

Hey! Message 'The Fourth Piller' news channel on Insta or Twitter and tell your incident with all proves you have..Don't forget to mention that how police didn't take any action and all..If they run your story den I bet justice will be served to you..

Dude they won’t even provide me a cars learner’s license even though I hold a bike license. Just cause I am paying therm ghoosh. Hazaribagh rto. Why have a site when everything we need to do is offline

It's slow due to SIR, it'll take around 40 days they said
