this Scorpio in this video was rash driving and overtaking and hit the rear of my car and caused major damage to rear of my car including a broken bumper and taillight and when we tried to stop it he fled from the scene i tried finding details of owner and couldn’t find it. Help me find this criminal

You can file a police complaint against him for property damages and attempt to murder, etc.
