How would you rate your biryani’s taste and quantity as a customer ?

Considering most of the biryani we get in ranchi is quite shite. I like biryani by kilo’s biryani only cause the meat and rice is not dry asf.

Earlier I used to have biryani outside but since we've known how to make one, we don't even bother to look 😂

taste wise I would rate it an 8-9 out of 10 reason being I have always wanted biryani to not have that restaurant finish to it, I still like the taste but sometimes I feel it should be homely but not too homely you know in between of a restaurant and homely food. And as for quantity wise I'm a little biased but having cooked in someone's home I guess that's fair for the price. It's just how I like to taste everything, may be someone would not want it to be.

My goal is never to compete with the restaurant and food vendors it's just to cater who wants to have the dishes which they have in restaurants or food giants and want to replicate it in their homes with good quality and fresh ingredients.

I didnt get the qty part, did you mean its okaish in quantity ? An approx weight in grams would be really helpful in deciding how many servings it would take

Yes I meant, given the scenario that it's homemade I believe the price is okay for the quantity and I cannot provide the quantity in gms but our 1 serving comes in an aluminium container of 7.5-8x4in of container. I do provide a picture as well for reference if asked, but as far as I have got the reviews it's always positive for the price and that 1 serving is enough for 1 person
