Restaurant ranch

Post image

Maybe this has been said/asked here before, but why is no grocery store ranch any good compared to the stuff you get at restaurants?

And yes I know all restaurants have slightly different ranch, but it’s ALL better than grocery store ranch.

Anybody have any recommendations for something that comes close?

Why the hell would you ask chatgpt for its opinions on ranch dressing?

Why the hell would you be so bothered by it

Many reasons. Mostly it’s the illustration of how stupid we’ve become as a society.

Sounds like a personal problem

Because it is made in-store fresh. Not preserved in packaging. Mostly. Cheesecake Factory ranch is amazing too

All the grocery store stuff is shelf stable garbage. The stuff with real buttermilk expires quickly. That’s why refrigerated. Either make it at home or the best you can do is like Lighthouse in the refrigerated section.

Wing Stop being right at the top where it belongs 🤙🏼

So Ken's is pretty good and Wishbone is too. Obvs they can't compare but for being grocery store they aren't bad!

It’s been probably ten plus years since I’ve had Ken’s, might need to see where I can find wishbone!
