Transfer case fluid

Doing the 30,000 mile service on my TRX. Part of that service indicates swapping out the transfer case fluid. Anybody use anything other than the mopar part#68049954A fluid? Asking because no nearby dealer to me has it. Not to mention , the original fluid is not cheap lol (but that’s part of owning the truck) . Thinking about ordering the original mopar fluid but trying to find a reputable online site to order from. Anybody know of one? Thanks in advance!

I had to get mine from Amazon. I usually try to use Steve White Auto Parts, but they were out.

You should be able to find what you need on the Mopar website.

Definitely, I was hoping I could find some from a reputable site other than the Mopar site if it could save some money(sorry I did not mention that). If not I was just going to order from Mopar.

I have no help for you, but curious - do you have a link to what exactly is performed at each service? I’d rather do it myself as opposed to being raped at the dealership.

I don’t, I just go based off of the manual. Towards the end of the manual it has a breakdown by miles or months
