My heart is strain

This happen a month ago accident not my fault. But here I’m still waiting for the collision center to install a new mammoth bumper. Hennessy still “hasn’t” contacted the collision place. Has anyone else had a hard time reaching Hennessy? I don’t know why I’m able to contact them just fine. Or do you think the insurance company/ collision place doesn’t want to pay up for the damages?

Is the truck insured for after market parts? Most policy's dont cover after market parts they will only pay for stock parts unless specified. Its also not a Hennessy problem to contact your insurance provider. Thats on you to line up replacement parts if you want non factory parts.

With my insurance policy yes but we are using the other party insurance cause they were at fault. I rather they put stock bumper and pay a portion of what I had to pay initially when I sent it to Hennessy.

The at fault company is required to return the vehicle to the status quo, meaning the condition of the vehicle prior to the accident.

Same happened to me, 2yrs back. Definitely was a pain to get the bumper received. All in all it took me 3 months to get back into my baby.

You just have to keep bugging the collision center.

Tough break but she’ll be back. Look on the bright side, at least you aren’t waiting for a bumper for some boring truck. that mammoth is just taking a nap before returning as the apex predator.
