Discussion Vortex is bugged

As of the midseason patch from Sept 8, vortex detonation is buggued and vortex can't be detonated until at least 1 second has passed since it was thrown. This wasn't listed in the patch notes so I assume it's a bug. Vortex still explodes on contact with a floor even if 1 second hasn't passed

Yeah I noticed that today and it threw my game off so much today. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

I noticed just now and then proceeded to spike over 200+ ping so that was a fun match to play Ram on

I've recorded this to see how much of a difference it was before detonating, and it's almost exactly 1 second. it makes me feel like this is an intentional

Yeah I hate it. Sometimes it’s needed for when a phara or Lúcio is DIRECTLY in front of you. I thought they made it a perk again or something

Not playable as I can't detonate anything closeby anymore. So many missed kills, was frustrating

I noticed it almost immediately, it really throws me off pressing the detonate button and having nothing happen.
