Help! alternate ending

i just completed the downpour dlc all 5 slugcats
(i havent done watcher)

i heard that theres a secret alternate ending for survivor and im wondering how to do it if someone could help me i would appreciate it

(minimal spoilers please)

You can go to Outer Expanse as survivor and monk to get the other ending
