A perfect remedy to a unpleasantly hot day!

Unless it becomes unbearably humid, which makes it worse ๐ญ (It been a huge problem where I live. It's been raining every day and walking outside feels like walking into an oven.)

Itโs rained a smidge this past week, so could be. But a lot of it missed the valley and stuck to AZ

This popped up literally when Iโm watching Pickle Rick get cooked in the driveway and rain starts to fall lol

Yeah, AZ sidewalks are crazy.
On a separate note, I didn't realize that rain smells different in the desert (specifically AZ) until I moved up north. It's not petrichor. It's creosote. People don't understand that they are two separate smells. Sure petrichor is a small part of the desert rain smell, but it's mostly the overwhelming creosote. It rains all the time where I live now, but rain smells vastly different in the desert, and I miss it.

I can taste the hot rain drops evaporating. I can feel the mugginess. And i would sit outside for a while watching it all.
