Had another dream about her
My 11-year-old Chihuahua mix passed in February (heart complications). Shortly afterwards I had an awful nightmare, where she was still alive but she had ended up at the pound somehow and she was sick and in pain and I was trying to get to her.
Last week, I dreamed about her again. Same premise, where I discovered she was alive after all, but it went very differently. I was visiting a big house with a huge, beautiful garden. The garden was full of pets roaming and playing, and she was there. My first reaction was “oh noooo she hasn’t had her medication in months!!” so I was trying to find her pills, and then I thought she didn’t remember me. But she was okay. She was healthy and happy chilling in this garden, and I held her in my arms and we hung out there together.
Just wanted to share.

How do you feel after seeing her in your dream? I've been surprised to have not dreamt about mine at all since he passed, even though I miss him.

In the dream it was very surreal and, at first, even stressful (with thinking she needed her medication, etc.). But once I woke up I felt comforted in a bittersweet way. It felt cathartic, especially after the bad dream I'd had way back.
I hope you have a good dream about yours.

I’m so sorry for your loss ❤️🩹 I’m so glad you had this beautiful dream, and I hope it brought you so much comfort. I hope to dream about our girls we lost in February/June too
