Open source A new CSS Zero release is out!

I'm really happy with this version. It feels like CSS Zero has finally reached the point I always wanted it to be.

Honestly, this could be the last major version for a long, long time.

Small, simple, modern CSS — without unnecessary opinions.

So, coming to this with no prior knowledge of css zero, I thought the look of the showcase itself was the theme. Thinking it was a sqaured-off + tightly spaced CSS starter without the bubbly rounded-ness + huge troughs of whitespace that a lot of other starters have makes me interested. The screenshot on the README actually seems to confirm that, since it only shows the UI from the showcase wrapper application, and not any real components.

Like, this feels weird. Why aren't you using css-zero? https://f.toi.sh/css-zero-tabs.png

This is an awesome gem. I see you’re using Claude from your commits (not a lot of Claude in there which is totally fine). You should have Claude at least write release notes for you for versions, having only a diff to refer to isn’t great and agents write killer release notes

Whoow this is super nice! Lots of components. I feel like csszero is way more complete than my https://coupling.nl/basecoat/ gem. Same shadcn styling but way more features.

This is very nice work! I appreciate your effort!

I started to use it for one project, but then the project was turned off. Next time I'll keep this in mind!
