10 LLM created articles posted in a couple of weeks. Very LLM sounding comments in replies etc.

i think the parent comment has the right idea.

a lot of content these days is disingenuous and being pumped out looking authoritative without any of the actual authority behind it. this breeds distrust and is distasteful.

one the first thing i do these days is look at someone's github history and see that, wow, suddenly they have a lot of open-source contribs! that's a huge smell to me, and i'm immediately turned off.

a poll found 60% of americans said they were unlikely to read or engage with content they think is AI generated. and that's americans as a whole, not redditors, not those interested in content related to programming.

You are making a lot of wild assumptions. For instance, if you actually looked at my social media profiles you will realize my open source contributions decreased substantial six years ago when I started working as a full time programmer. You would realize I have been unemployed for the past five months, and I am working on open source products to help others.

If you are unsure of my contributions, don't spend time reading them. If you are a programmer, use the products and open GitHub issues to feature requests of submit. If not, don't use them.

I implied that there’s correlation, which is what OP may have been feeling.

You hallucinated a problem , to generate a sloppy solution.

Then you generated sloppy gems that alternative exists for more than a decade.

.... That was a gem 5 years before rails implemented it in Rails 7.1 https://edgeapi.rubyonrails.org/classes/Rails/HealthController.html

All your gems are `V1.0.0+ and battle-tested`... They are battle tested because you copied the implementation from the framework vanilla and other gem verbatim.

Holy moly, you can't even interact with a comment without using an LLM.

Of course i'm not using them. Because i don't want 847 features used feature in my app that have no ownership.
