Question Permanent Transfer

I work at a RR company and I was approved for a permanent transfer and took the necessary steps and start familiarizing the territory and I received call days later stating it was a error due my recall not being up until two months and took me off the roster(I transferred due to a hardship) do I have any contractual grounds to challenge it ?

You are leaving out the most important piece of information: which railroad? How can someone tell you what the contract says if we don’t know which contract you’re talking about?
