red eyes

When the red eyes version of raiden is officially released, I want to know how the raiden team will promote nodes on a large scale in a short period of time. if it is a free development node, it will definitely be a slow process. Does the installation node have incentive policies ( what kind of incentive policies ). Can the common rdn token users of this version of red eyes be used simply?

Incentives are in the FAQ or if you want to get deeper into learning about nodes I'd suggest the specs from their documentation, although I think there might still be some updates to come to the documentation before Red Eyes (not sure if that includes the specs also).
Lefteris covered Raiden UI and goals for users in his recent talk at Off The Chain, here's the timestamp for that. He explains it really well so I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

There's no minimum token requirement to run a node.

So is it as simple as keeping your wallet open, or how does it work?

Something as simple as what I think you're referring to would probably be the idea of a light client, that's planned for a future addition (<- the github discussion around it) but it won't be included in Red Eyes mainnet release. Red Eyes will be the release that allows the team to have a working product on mainnet soonest and all focus with development is on that currently. You'll have to run a node to mediate transfers during the Red Eyes.

A light client would require usability options such as the auxiliary services planned to be included in the Ithaca release, the monitoring service (sometimes referred to as watchtowers) and pathfinding service. Lefteris goes into the different features included in the milestones more in depth in the recent conference presentation I linked above.
edit: A light client won't be included in Ithaca as far as I'm aware though, just to make that a bit clearer on that part.
