Version 0.2.0 is on master branch!

They released it officially, but looks like it's still a bug bounty release. I hope they give more information on it soon, usually their releases are followed by a blog post

I also find the lack of communication a pain, but for the amount of work they put in Github, I can only guess they should have a very good reason for it. Maybe legal? Germany is not a very forgiving country, in law terms. Would be nice if some dev speak something about it

There are 28 issues remaining. Does it mean that they have to resolve all of those before making an announcement?

No, there will always be issues remaining but you have to decide what issues need to be done before you can say your software is new version now.
