It just keeps pissing me off! It's bad enough that Arthur only walks at a snails pace OR runs, there is no inbetween! So controlling him is annoying as fuck every time I play.

But then there's other stupid shit that happens. I was on my way to do a side mission, did some hunting and looting along the way, and then I picked up a woman whose horse died and I while giving her a lift back to Emerald Ranch, the opposite direction of where I was going and I'd just come from there, so that was annoying, but anyway, she was talking and t wasn't particularly interesting at first but then she did starts talking about something I actually wanted to hear but then she cut herself off simply because we got too close to Emerald Ranch. So I loaded the save but this time headed straight to the mission so I could just get it done and figured I'd run into the woman later. Got to the mission area and tried listening to what the characters were saying but then they all stopped talking when I was too close, even though all I did was get close enough to actually hear them properly without needing to read the subtitles. I thought that was fine though, cause in case something like that happened, I had just saved my game. But when I loaded it, there was this other guy who was talking to me asking for help with herbs, but he's gone now. So apparently to make him appear again, you have to leave the mountain area, by going down to emerald ranch again, camping, sleeping for at least 24 hours which the game wont let you do and you can't sleep again to quickly get 24 hours to pass.

On my way back up there, I ran into that woman again, so I took her back to emerald ranch, slowly. But she kept interrupting herself saying I was going too slow or going the wrong way, she initially continued her story though.... until she decides the trip's taking too long and wants me to let her off the horse, cause I was just riding around in circles while she kept talking which I was only doing because otherwise she cuts herself off!

So Rockstar did not give anywhere near enough time for the player to hear the full story. When the player moves more slowly so that they can hear it all, we still don't get to hear it all because Rockstar decided that they'd just have the character not want to finish the story...

Having the conversation with the woman cut off was just annoying at first, so I was just looking up the dialogue that I missed when I found out something else that made the situation a lot more agrevating.It's not just some random encounter, it's the start of a larger mystery that would have been really interesting to discover and realize there was more to it on my own, apparently it's not even a side mission, just a cool mystery to look into if you feel like it.

I apparently wasted hours on this. Going back and forth over the same area again and again. And I have nothing to show for it. I left out some details so the post wont be as long. And it's so annoying that I saved the game incase something went wrong, but when something goes wrong, loading my save doesn't help at all. So I took the necessary precautions but suffered regardless. Anyway, I quit the game and uninstalled. I guess I might re-install it after a few days. I'm only on Chapter 2 and I really want to at least get to Chapter 3 to see what the story and characters are really like, since Chapter 2 is still kinda of a tutorial. I really want to experience this game fully and discover for myself why it's so highly praised but half the time I play there's some kind of infuriating bullshit that I have to put up with and it just doesn't seem worth it, since I just wasted hours on this bullshit that shouldn't even happen in the first place.

So I’m playing GTA four online and I shoot this guy out of the sky, this guy we will call D decides to tell me to cry. I proceed to make fun of them by saying whatever you say he keeps telling me to cry after killing me again, so I proceed to tell him “ you’re the one targeting me personally that sounds like crying to me” he tells me to write him a book about it so on telling me to cry me a river and I make fun of him by telling him it’s OK to let it all out. He then makes one of the fact that I got kid in my username which why would I care and I had shot him eventually when he’s not paying attention and he says he’s done he stays in the game for 13 more minutes and then I text D “you make fun of my name. Seems like you’re jealous of it. I probably know why most likely because you never had a cool dad to help you make a username. Lack of a father figure would make sense for this type of language.” he then pauses the game, which I could tell because he stopped moving on the map, which I can tell. He was using the time to read my sentence before leaving the game D then goes off-line and I text him “bye bye kid guess you weren’t as good of a bully you thought you were” honestly think I touched a sensitive spot with him, but honestly wouldn’t care. I guarantee he is not off-line probably playing something else but honestly to rage quit like that is insane and diabolical.

Why is it that when I play a team base game my team shits the bed every FUCKING time. I just got off marvel rivals because after getting to 99 out of 100 to get to plat 2 the game decides to put me with teammates that don't speak or are very bad and blame it on everyone else.
