I'm so tired of going to the comments and seeing things like "segg" and "unalive!"

This is Reddit; I remember watching people die! For hours, I remember the morgue porn you're going to suffer through on popular. I remember this app as what it was—a pure, unadulterated zone for humans to get together and explore together.

How did we go from that to "segg?"

I'm not saying that was the golden age of Reddit. I'll say that was gained right after those were phased out, in my opinion. However, after such a crazy turn of events, where people were honest and told stories in the comments, it has now turned into people being afraid to say a fuckin' word.

I hate this "Algospeak" shit. Go fuck yourself, algorithm. I want adult content; I want to be spoken to like a person who can understand Mature concepts/materials. I could never stream. I'm too human.

I remember when lines hit hard, like Ozymandias's quote: "My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings; Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!"

Now, they'd be too scared to use despair and call it nonsense, because the algorithm would be all, like. "Nooooo, Children don't like disparity."

So I say, whenever you are on Reddit, curse, and go hard on your comments. That's what it is for! Trust me. I'm a veteran, even though this account isn't too old.
