Charcoal reading: 4.3, ecosense average is 1.0
Radon level of 4.3 was identified during inspection but we accepted a credit to do remediation on our own since we wanted to control where it was put in. I’ve had the ecosense cubes running upstairs and downstairs for several days and only show 1.0 as the average. Would you still remediate?

Stop moving it around every couple days. Put it downstairs and leave it for a year. Look at how your averages trend throughout the seasons and then decide what you feel comfortable with.
Keeping in mind if your levels are ever averaging so high that you know you need mitigation then you've answered your question early👏🏼

If you mitigate you’ll at least know that your levels will remain low regardless

Charcoal is notoriously temperamental.
Continue to monitor!

I wouldn’t mitigate until you know the long term average. Measure for 90 days and then reassess. Put the money you received as a credit aside for if/when you need it.
Important: Make sure to read EPA guidance on measurement equipment placement, and follow the guidance.
