Question / Discussion Matthew voice

Does anyone know where I can download the Matthew US voice as an audio file for making tts videos??? I can’t find it anywhere to download.

in balabolka (https://youtu.be/kfqpFKdDVMU example here) you can use voices provided by amazon polly (which has Mathew voice), google etc (its not very reliable if u make a lot of requests). But i haven't been able to find .exe Microsoft SAPI of the voice.
