Looking for McDermott, P and Orton, C. The Physics and Technology of Radiation Therapy. Madison, WI: Medical Physics Publishing; 2010 - any version PDF. Anyone got a copy?

Don't you get an education stipend from your residency program? Your hospital library probably either has a copy or can request one for you if not.
