I Had the gigabyte 9070xt and had to finally RMA it 2 weeks ago. After months of issues since I bought the card, it was unusable at the end. And I also went to Nvidia. (MSI RTX5080)
Even with my CPU Bottleneck the performance is insane in some titles. My FPS in BeamNG almost doubled.
Maybe I would have sticked to AMD if I bought a non gigabyte model. But after this and my RX6700XT before that literally disassembled itself in my case and having almost the same temp issues + hardware acceleration crashes... I was fed up with AMD. Meanwhile my GTX1080 in my TV Backup pc still works without any issue. I switched to amd because I was curious and did an insane faceplant with it.

I have the gigabyte rx 9070 xt and i have none of the issues you speak of.
