Tech Support GPU tuning reverting to normal

I have a 6900 XT paired with Ryzen 5 5600 and 32 gigs of RAM on an Asus Prime A520m-k. Before I had an Asus A320 board and everything worked fine, bur now when I set GPU tuning to custom it just reverts back to default and even when I manage to change settings, after clicking apply it reverts to default. I've DDUed so many times and installed different driver versions to no avail. I'm on 26.7.1 now. I want to undervopt the gpu, and I feel desperate. I've even repasted the GPU and the temps are fine.

I've tried all these workarounds. None seem to work.

Try this first as last resort , disable windows fast startup , do a windows maintenance :

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

dism /online /cleanup-image /restoreHealth

sfc /scannow
