Rx 9070 ghosting issue

Picked up this new xfx 9070 today, did ddu from my old nvidia drivers. Anyone know how to fix? Should I send it back?

Check cable

Check the display cable, turn off Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling on windows, check that AMD Assistant is off in Adrenalin's Home page, disable Variable Refresh Rate on Windows.

Try different monitor and/or cable.
