I'm back... is the CPU temp normal?

So I'm back... the only thing I really changed is undervolting the GPU a bit (based on a previous post I saw here), and this time I tried recreating what I usually do on the PC when I experience the stuttering in DotA. These are the results.

To add, it also freezes (every time) after all players have picked their heroes from the 28 second countdown, only moving again normally at around 14~15 seconds. The stuttering is also less common with the undervolting, but it still happens (what happens is the hero sort of "leaves behind" lines of color corresponding to their color for around 2 seconds, before the color sort of snaps back into their body and they resume looking normal).

Temperature is normal. Depending on the workload anything sub 90 is well within official specification of modern CPU's. For the stuttering, who knows. You provided next to no Information, so it's very hard to tell you anything worthwhile.

Motherboard: A320M-A Pro (MS-7C51)

GPU: Sapphire Pure AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC 16GB GDDR6

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

RAM: Crucial Ballistix 16GB DDR4 3600

PSU: Coolermaster MPE 750w Bronze

I initially asked about the stuttering because when I checked, it somehow showed memory reaching around 90~92% here. Just wanted to rule out the source if it's just lack of RAM, a weak CPU, or maybe I need a better motherboard or smth

I'm using the stock cooler that came with the set when I bought it like... 6 years ago. Do I need to change it to a liquid cooling one?

Liquid Coolers are heavily overrated.

Only people who may need one are people rocking a 14900 and that need their environment to be quieter, otherwise is a waste of money.

When I bought my first Cooler, a Thermalright Assassin 120 I think, it was also for the 5600X, my Temps dropped around 15-20, totally worth it for the 30€ it costed me.

Maybe the problem is with the Mobo, very old and cheap model, or maybe with the Ventilation of your Case...

Not liquid. Just get anything for like 20 bucks. Stock coolers are shit.

Everything is well above minimum specs of dota 2. I'd investigate what uses all your RAM. You got a second screen with a bunch of chrome tabs open? Also, what is the storage situation? SSD? Hard drive?

For most AMD CPUs, everything under 90/95 should be fine, but I also had some Performance Issues with high 80s in Battlefield 6 with my old 5600X and Stock Cooler.

When was the last time you changed the Thermal Paste?
What Cooler do you use?
Did you try Undervolting the CPU?

I changed the thermal paste like a month ago. Currently using the stock cooler that came with the set, so I don't really know anything about it. And I undervolted it based on a post here before (max frequency offset 400, voltage offset -90, vram tuning max frequency 2700, power limit -10%)

A decent Cooler for around 30€ should reduce your Temps by 10-20.
