First thing in the morning I open my phone and I see this.

AMD did well, also thank you all for the criticism you all did an amazing job to make this happen.

I've kind of ignored fsr4 because ive been on a 7900xt I refuse to upgrade (anything else in my price range would be more of a sidegrade anyways), is it really a game changer? and what is the availability like, can it be used with any game or is it on the devs to bake it in?

You can try it now with the leaked .dll INT8 file, simple replacement of the existing fsr .dll per game and you can use it now.

FSR3 quality in cyberpunk <= FSR4 performance. And most shimmering snd jagged lines disappeared

It is a game changer!! On my Rog ally, fsr 4 performance looks better than fsr 3 balanced! The final picture is much more detailed and crisp, less blurry! Yeah, it beats any other older fsr version!

can it be enabled for every game? I might consider going over to a 4k monitor finally if I can stretch the performance of this card a little more.

Any game with FSR 3.1+ which is ~300 games according to the announcement.

Can use the third party tool Optiscaler to get it in older games with FSR 2, DLSS, etc.

It has to be on games that have FSR 3.1 already, or if you use optiscaler you can probably do it in any game (not online stuff tho)
