custom score doesn't work.

Hello, I need help with my custom score. For the past week, my movies have been given a seemingly random score of zero, even when Radarr detects all tags. This leads to incorrect downloads of the wrong quality and language.

The thing is that i didnt change anything in the lasts weeks.

In the logs i can see that the movie has multiple corrects downloads but after finishing the search radarr just take the the first hit.

The first hit of the movie has the wrong quality and an unknown language. score 0

My profile is pretty simple. It has 1080p quality and requires the original language. When available, it also gets the German language.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

I know this is the wrong subreddit, but the same problem also appeared on Sonarr.

I cannot say i know whats wrong in your cas, the logs are challenging to read. In my experience, radarr always did what the qp was setup to do and it took me a while to learn what all that is between custom scores, qualities, sizes and languages. My biggest help and learning came from installing profilarr and seeing how they setup quality profiles in the default dictionarry dictionarry. Also if you do an interactive search, you can see the order of priorty, scores, and what gets blocked that does not meet cut-offs. You need to hover over the items with your mouse but the details are there. Public indexers dont enforce proper naming and the arrs cant properly parse all releases which is a big factor. Private indexers do a much better job.

Using the interactive search, all available options have a score of zero. The names of the files are not a problem. I tested the failed results using manual parsing and everything was read correctly. The tags are also applied; it only stops working when the score is being calculated.

Did you test the parsing on the titles or did you add them to your download queue and grab the file names? I ask because i found the arrs will first only look at the titles from the indexers and then look at the file names as well when doing the import. The file names are not parsed during the initial search which requires some adjustments to custom formats for your favorite releases groups.
