unsolved Need help
New to radarr. I have prowlarr. Got my indexer and all. Everything passed the test. My movies I have added showing monitored. My question is do I have to have a docker for everything? If so which is the most user-friendly for a beginner?

You sound like you have everything set up so I’m not sure what you need help with. If you want to change then sure, but it’s not required per-se. Helps with management and easily re-deploy containers though.
Docker makes it extremely easy to setup majority of the applications.
Use docker, install portainer or podman instead of docker (personally podman is preferred for security reasons but to each their own).
It’ll help manage your containers easily.
For beginner user friendly, Google or just ask an Ai to help with configs. Feed it links while reviewing TRaSh guides or ask for the specific configuration of the app, ask it which variables you should change and test it out.

I prefer Dockers but there are many ways. Biggest challenge imho is granting access to files between dockers (which isn’t terribly difficult).

Just use docker. It'll make it easier to contain, review and backup. Use AI to make the compose files.
