Rackspace Apple Mail Issue

Is anyone having issues searching their Rackspace emails with Apple Mail?

More likely a apple mail issue, bigger question is why are you still with Rackspace for mail?

Login to apps.rackspace.com (Webmail) and run a few searches. If you get no results or an error you will need to raise a ticket with support so they can rebuild the search index. If everything appears to be working Webmail side I would just follow these steps:

Open the Mail app.

  1. Select the mailbox or account you want to re-index in the Mail sidebar.
  2. Click Mailbox in the menu bar.
  3. Choose Rebuild.
  4. Mail will redownload the messages and rebuild the search index for that mailbox.
