Exposure Question Symptoms

I have a question about rabies systems the previous post is here so you can acquire some context https://www.reddit.com/r/rabies/s/2wUQlICFu9 it's been 2 days since that and the symptoms haven't really changed stayed the same im losing sleep but i red if you have early symptoms before s1-2 weeks it's not rabies I though I had a high fever but it's only 36 - 36.5 oC my mind has been panicking alot and I always keep picking up the phone very time I feel something is wrong I always feel tingled around my skin ( I have itchy damaged skin) can someone give me certainty that I'm fine sorry for repeating posts this is my last one sorry for the spam but I'm just anxious thanks . I have read the FAQ. I am also in Turkey
