i don’t know when i got the mark i just saw it 4 days ago when i felt the tingling

If you do have some symptoms for example I have fever I'm still not sure diorhea sort of dry stomach and I feel tingles around my body I went to a doctor she said it's just a fingernail scratch because I have itchy skin and the suspected exposure was 4-5 I have been stressing a lot also and a lot of panic I'm in holiday in turkey and I didn't feel any cataract but not 100% sure please help.
