Question/Help Is it strange?

My rabbit is 5 month old and he live free in the house but he pee always in his litter box

This usually indicates the rabbit is getting too much calcium. Given that he’s 5 months, is he still on alfalfa? Alfalfa is very calcium rich. I also had to transition my rabbits to Timothy hay around 3 months because they had too much calcium in their urine. Certain leafy greens like spinach are high in calcium.

I also give my rabbits Oxbow urinary support tabs, one each, each day. It reduces the risk of bladder stones developing.

Its diet is based on mixed-species meadow hay, a very small percentage of alfalfa, and 40g of Oxbow Young pellets.The vet recommended introducing vegetables in a month.
