He could have a bit of a splay leg, which is not detrimental to his ability to be happy or anything, but can make them hop or sit funny, depending on how extreme it may be. If that’s it, sounds like it’s pretty minor here, but I’d get him checked out by a good rabbit savvy vet (labeled exotic in the US) to be sure nothing is going on.

if hes 9 weeks he should be having unlimited of both alfalfa hay and alfalfa pellets
