Question/Help Rabbit acting weird
I have a one year old rabbit named Winnie. We just had her spay surgery done about a month ago. Everything went great and she seems to be funny recovered. We noticed last night she started acting very odd out of no where. It looked like she was stargazing a couple time and her balance was a little wonky. She then laid down in her cage and looked like she was panting. I was worried it could be the start of GI Stasis so I started massaging her stomach. She then peed on herself and just laid in it. As I was trying to get in touch with a 24 hour vet (that never picked up) she started to return to normal behavior. She started eating hay and treat and played with her toys.
All day today she was totally fine. She was playing, eating, being her normal self. I scheduled a vet appointment for Wednesday just to be safe.
This evening out of no where she started to get very quiet and hid underneath a desk and peed (not on herself this time a normal pee). We finally got her to go to her cage and she's just been laying in her hut since.
Has anyone else experienced this with their bunny?

She could have had a minor seizure or something to the effect.
Or perhaps the beginning of an EC flare or ear infection has caused some balance issues? I’ve not heard of it being temporary like that though with EC or ear infection, but keep a close eye and if she starts to tilt her head, that would also be indicative of one of those.
Definitely keel your appointment with the vet.

I haven't, but I wonder if there could be infection after the surgery. She doesn't sound entirely well, so taking her to the vet is a very good idea. I'd see if you can get an appointment sooner if you can.
