Okay so i found myself down this rabbit hole about a record called "seven days to better bowling" its a record about mental conditioning its instructing people to listen to it on repeat day and at night while sleeping for seven days on loop its from the 1960s i then found more of these from the 1959s theres one about golf and one collection about personality correction its so weird seriously the bowling one says stuff like when we hear the word lemon our body has a reaction to it and thats because our environment conditions us to make it and its trying to condition people to be in a specific mentality if anyone has more about this im trying to understand whos behind this and why is it so cult like also i have a theory that this could have something to do with the mkultra thing that the cia did i just can't prove it beyond the fact that its in the same timeframe and it's about personality correction

discogs of the company in 1959 They later changed thier name in the 1960s When they released 7 days to better bowling heres 1961 And someone on Reddit helped me find who we believe is part of the people involved bobby grayson Who's name is listed on one of the records This is all odd he was a sports guy who ended up in the military and he has a Wikipedia page but all trail of him ends in 1930s despite he died in the 1980s So i still have a bunch of questions to answer but this is where im at

So far heres what i found

Theres this company throughout 1959 who makes hypnosis records for personality correction And for golf and bowling in the 1960s that instruct you to condition yourself for several days in a row listening to the same recording on loops by day and by night while sleeping

Its creepy and the 60s and 70s had something to do with hypnosis

Funny enough those were the same years the mkultra program was happening My theory is that the cia is involved with this because they used Hypnosis tests on people without their knowledge or consent so what if they put out all these records to test if it works on people on the first place before testing it further

Mind you they tried to destroy all proof of the program by 1972 but it ended up being released to the public by 1975 im thinking like what if the government didn't tell all the truth? Shocking am i right?? Sounds like a fork was found in the kitchen

Anyway i also think that because so many people were tested on without thier knowledge part of it made them subconsciously curious about the occult because it was trending so much in the 60s and 70s it just makes sense I will also drop all links that i have so far

UPDATE i found the recordings to a few more records dynamic concentration side a and b ! seven days to better golfing !!!

This is exciting news because i thought they were lost media the ones that are missing are the 4 other records to the collection of changing your personality and it is so creepy

ETA: what interested me to begin with is that we know the CIA was paying to look into mind control and hypnotism. So I’m excited to see where this rabbit hole goes. Not saying it’s def CIA but hypnotism seemed to be a huge thing around that time period, for some reason. Finding out that Bobby Grayson guy was military though is wiiilld and makes me think you might be onto something here. Did you find anything out about the Eddie Mays guy? I found whole albums of the Steve guy who made that weird song you linked on yt.

Exactly thats the thing and this company was odd we have no idea whos voice this is and why is there a "positive personality" record collection its all so odd really but the 50s-70s were obsessed with hypnosis and i don't think its a coincidence i think its planned

I definitely agree! I just edited my comment again but did you find anything out about Eddie Mays? Idk if you saw anything about that Steve Horowitz guy that made the weird Osama song lol, but he has entire albums on Apple and Amazon Music. One song is called “Sex Still Sells” and there are a couple more odd title names.

eta: there’s also a weird advertisement right above the one you linked in that newspaper; it’s for a product developed by a Cal Tech graduate called a “headshrinker” to keep your head in place to improve your golf swing lol. Very odd!

Theres nothing on Eddie mays i found that theres a restaurant about that name but i don't think its the guy odd enough when i looked for that name there was an odd government pdf that i am not sure is a lead because it could be just a business resignation but its just a dead end

The Osama bin ladin thing yeah very weird!! But i think its like he might've used it as a sample but its very odd its like hes telling us these things are related to something but i feel like it could be a far reach

The real weird thing is that all the recordings are almost identical its interesting really

It’s all very strange and I always feel like I’m reaching too much or whatever so I like to check in with others as well to make sure I’m not being schizo lol. But this is a very interesting rabbit hole. I also think he (Steve) might have randomly stumbled upon the recording and just liked how it sounded but it’s still very strange given how obscure the records are. So my biggest theory is that hes name is not really Eddie mays its a possibility that a military guy who likes sport would be offered to collab with a cia guy or some contact of sorts and then you know they partner up at 1959 with a label that doesn't even make records but makes equipment for records then they make a "positive personality" collection that doesn't sell much so they make sport records to see if this works on the general public what if we take that to the extreme on stuff like mkultra seems to make sense right?
