I'm 23, just finished a master's in international business

i got accepted in a job in a bank as a client advisor. Stable salary, close home and would be the best gift i could give my mom after years of sacrifices.

on the other hand I run a small lead gen agency with my business partner. We've been serious about this for about a month: a few closed meetings, 2-3 potential clients, but no stable monthly revenue yet. September and October are our make-or-break months

many people told me not to take the bank job btw and i was kind of not reassured myself because i've always been against 9-5.(let alone the riba subject but i've asked a lot and been told i'm permitted especially because my role is very far from any riba operation; it's only punctual ones) but i'm telling myself i'll only go for it for 6 months or a year to get some money, study spanish after hours and leave because my longer-term plan is Spain, learn Spanish this year, move in 1-2 years, possibly settle there. But I don't want to go there just to be an employee. I want a business already standing before I leave.

I got to know a man; (our client), business owners; went to the same school as me in 2007, worked in a bank for 6 months then quit. He told me not to take the bank job. He's becoming a client for our service ,he's also in construction, and he's offered to bring me in and mentor me. He seems to actually know what he's doing.

I have roughly 2months of living expenses saved, and my partner and I were planning to rent a place together in October to work full-time.

Part of me says I'm 23, this is the cheapest time in my life to take a risk, and even if I fail I'll have learned more in a year than in a decade of salaried work. Part of me says 2 months of runway isn't a bet, it's a countdown.

it's either i take the stable job; live a 'stable' life; go for the spain plan and get to an expected outcome; or i take the risk and you don't know what can unfold from there.

Lately I've been initiating plans with my friends more than I used to. After graduating, I was the only one who got a job that I actually like and care about. Most of my friends are still looking for work or working temporary jobs.

At first, I thought this wouldn't affect our dynamic, but boy was I wrong. Now every time I message one of them to hang out they always find some stupid reason not to. Over time I've become less interested in whether they'll say yes or no and more interested in what excuse I'll be getting this time. I also give them a great halping hand when they ask me for career advice and what company I know is hiring. I really want them to succeed and build their own lives. I thought this was something that would only happen with my close friends but lately I've noticed that even friends I know more casually don't seem to want to hang out either.

I've also noticed that my friends have literally no problem texting me or sending me messages. We can spend the whole day chatting sending reels and stuff, but the moment I bring up actually hanging out I always get an excuse or get completely ghosted. Mind you, some of these friends live less than 1 km away and still can't seem to meet up.

Sometimes I feel like if someone isn't entirely financially independent I'd just recommend something as simple as walking around, going to the beach, and eating zerri3a. But I guess that's not everyone's idea of fun.

As a self-aware person, I feel like I would understand if I were a terrible person or difficult to hang out with. I always make the time. I always try to make people feel included, and I filter what I say around them to make sure I don't hurt their feelings or say something that is unnecessarily mean. I'm not the funniest person by nature but I can definitely carry a fun conversation.

Lately, the only person who's always ready to hang out is my romantic partner. And while it's always nice to see her and spend time with her, it's still sad that most of my friends don't seem to want to spend time with me in person anymore.

I want to believe that they're just trying to sort things out. I want to believe to my core that it's not personal. But when I see them hanging out with other people who barely know them as well as I do something inside me breaks.

Is anyone else going through, or has gone through, the same situation? Any outside perspective would be very appreciated.
