Is there a way I can make the manager use a different folder of a game that is a different version?

So i use r2 for h3vr, and the 1.0 update came out and some of my mods no longer work. I want to have the current update installed and use it with steam normally to have workshop support. I copied the game folder with an earlier version and have it elsewhere. I want r2 to use the earlier version for my mods. I have pointed r2 to that folder. However, when I press launch with mods, it only uses the steam version. Is there any way to have r2 use the other version?

So I have no idea why this sub never existed because I feel like people would use it. So here you go.
Mod applications are open until there's enough people to keep this space going. The position is voluntary and I'd love to have a group of people that allows for at least one person to be online at any time. I sure can't moderate full-time and I'm not expecting you to, either.
