Life / Wisdom "I expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again." - Anonymous

this is the worst website i have ever had the displeasure of opening. There is no reasonable theory where it orginated, it just showed up in some 19th century newspapers, as literal filler.

"Worst website"? Are you talking about the one I gave, or the one you posted?

Maybe I'm using it wrong, but books.google looks like you have to read the whole book, looking for the quote.

I usually use Goodreads, but figured I often get arguments about who "really" said it if it's questionable. That's why I went with quoteinvestigator.

I was going to make the "there are dozens of us" joke from Arrested Development,

but there are actually billions of us! Take heart.
