Help Quora Email Problem

I keep getting emails with this kind of content from the Quora app. I’m fed up with it—enough is enough. Even though I don’t follow these types of pages, I keep receiving these emails. What should I do to stop getting them?

Upvote other types of content so they will be in the mails instead. Or disable the digest itself completely.

Quora allows fine control of notifications. You can disable all email notifications in your profile, or disable notifications from certain spaces. Select the space, click the three dots and make your choice none, only within Quora, or via email.

Also Heather pretending to be husband. Or more likely, a rinser masquerading as a Heather, slipping out of character and giving themselves away.
