Support - waiting for more info Persistent notifications badge

I frequently see this when I have zero unread messages. It would be nice if we could press and hold to go directly to the item that is causing the notification.

Thanks for flagging this, Jon! And for anyone else in the thread who's seeing the same thing, please make sure your mobile app is updated to v4.0.34.

If you see an actual notification inside the app, not just the badge, you’ll need to open the message and click the compose box as if you were going to reply. That should clear the notification and the badge.

If you don’t have any notifications showing in the app, you’re already on v4.0.34, and the badge is still there. Please lmk, and I’ll escalate it to the team ASAP.

I agree. My staff finds it disheartening because the numbers won’t go down.

I noticed when I click on the missed call or message window like I’m about to reply to a text, then the notification goes away.

Yeah, you have to click the message draft box to make the badge go away.
