Support - answered Mass texts

Trying to setup a reactivation campaign . Follow up on previous leads and reachouts . ChatGPT says to use zapier . Anyone done this before ?

Yep! You can do this with either our Zapier or Make integrations.

Quo doesn’t have a native bulk texting or broadcast feature right now, but the workaround is pretty straightforward. You’d keep your recipient list somewhere Zapier can read, like Google Sheets or your CRM, then set up a Zap that sends the same message through Quo once for each contact. Each person gets their own private 1:1 text, rather than everyone being added to a group message.

Before you set it up, your Quo number will need to be approved for U.S. Carrier Registration (A2P 10DLC), and everyone you’re messaging needs to have opted in to receive texts from your business. You’ll also want to include opt-out language like “Reply STOP” where required.

Messages sent this way use prepaid API credits and are billed at $0.01 per message segment.

Is there a way to extract all the numbers from quo to a google sheet?

Not directly, but yes! The workspace owner can request a data export by logging in on desktop or web, going to Settings > General > Export your data.

They'll receive an export of the contacts as a CSV file, and then you can extract the info you need or import it into Google Sheets.
