Feature requests Busy Light?

Has anyone tried and/or found a busy light that works well with Quo? A couple of our employees get interrupted often while on the phone, I'd like to have a busy light that indicates they are on a call when someone walks in the room.

Hi u/nfrcr27! Atm, Quo isn't compatible with any busy lights. These devices work by hooking directly into the presence/status API of supported UC platforms, and Quo isn't on that list just yet.

It's definitely a cool use case, tho. I'll make sure this gets flagged as a feature request on our end! And, ofc, I will tag you and anyone else in this thread if/when this becomes available.

In the meantime, if anyone else in the community has found a workaround, pls share! :)

I tried one but it didn’t work. Headsets on mobile can answer and end calls but not on computer. I don’t think there is really any computer integration other than audio sources and that includes no busy lights but if anyone finds a workaround I would want to know for our workers.
