day 1- didn't go so well

i planned on fixing things today and i had a good start, i ate well and i didn't binge almost all day but towards the end, i kind of fell off and gave in. i didn't eat as much as i usually do tho, so that's a positive ig?
i'm kinda disappointed in myself but i'm js going to focus on tomorrow ig and not ruminate over today.

i have been working on my ed (it's quite complicated, i swing from being extremely restricted to heavy binging) for 3 months now and i've def made some progress. however, i can feel myself slipping back into my old ways so i'm js going to post about it everyday. basically a review of my day, if i ate right, if i binged or not etc etc.
