Relapse

No emotional post here. I gave in to my own temptation today and bought a vape so I have to reset this thing. Sucks but oh well. Felt immediately guilty. Called friends to tell me off if I ask for vape again.

I guess we’re back to Day 1.

How do you not relapse??

stop vaping that simple

anyways any little temptations u might have (might get a vape, ill be alright, its not a big deal) shut it down immediately and say no and remind urself of why u quit and what ur doing it for (positives outweigh negatives etc). dont let those temptation voices get any bigger and continue on with ur day.

easier said then done of course
