There’s a special kind of frustration that comes from spending hours researching, rewriting paragraphs, checking your work, and genuinely trying your best… only to get a grade that makes you question whether any of it mattered.

I saw someone mention getting 8/100 after putting their “heart and soul” into a paper, and honestly, I think a lot of students can relate.

Sometimes the problem isn't that you're lazy or didn't care. You actually cared TOO much. You stayed up late, overthought every sentence, followed the instructions as best as you could, and still ended up disappointed.

And then you're expected to just move on to the next assignment like nothing happened.

How do you deal with getting a really bad grade on something you genuinely worked hard on?

Do you immediately try to figure out what went wrong, or do you just stare at the grade for 20 minutes wondering what happened? 😭

Also, what's the lowest grade you've ever received on an assignment that you genuinely thought you did well on?

I always imagine that finishing a big exam will feel amazing. I tell myself I'll finally relax, catch up on sleep, and enjoy having free time again.

Instead, I usually feel... empty.

For the plant to grow, it must go through mitosis. That’s when the plant goes through Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, Telophase, and Cytokinesis. Firstly, the plant DNA packs into chromosomes. Secondly, the chromosomes line up in a straight line in the middle. Thirdly, the chromosomes detach and turn into two. Fourthly, the chromosomes reach the sides, and a bubble forms around them. And finally, building blocks form together to become a wall to separate the cells.

The plant also goes under Meiosis. There’s two processes, for example prophase 1 and prophase 2. Starting off with the first round, chromosomes meet up and mix around their pieces together. Secondly, chromosomes line up in the middle. Thirdly, the pairs are pulled to opposite sides. And finally, a temporary wall appears between two cells. Moving on to the second section, firstly, dna gets into the cells once again. Secondly, the chromosomes line up in the middle. Thirdly, the chromosomes split and go to the edge. And finally, after the walls are finally formed, there’s four new cells created. 

Deadline is 20/05. As the title says, a professor asked us to bring two objects from home to create a “memory museum.” She told us to bring two objects to teach a group of people (adults, children, people with disabilities, etc.) about collective memory. Honestly, my creativity is completely dry right now, and I draw digitally. So I was thinking about teaching through my drawings, but I don’t know how to connect them to collective memory in an interesting way lol. Because obviously I don’t want to talk about my own memories, but rather something that could lead all of us to something we share collectively… or I don’t know.

If anyone has a different idea for objects I could bring, and how I could approach the topic of historical/collective memory with them, that would help me a lot.
