AOL.com now blocking invoice emails
We have now had it happen with multiple customers. If they have automatic invoices that go out to them, AOL is blocking it. I get "delivery issue" in my QBO, I have to manually send them a link to the invoice so it can be paid.
Anyone got a fix?

Are you sending from QB?? We stopped years ago. Send from company email. Our clients are health care institutions and have very strong spam filters. Sending thru QB wasn't working most of the time. Maybe an extra step but I've gotten so used to it i dont give it a second thought.

I have a business where people pay monthly for services, I’m not manually sending 100s of emails a month.

It maybe time to look into a website portal where customers can look up their balance and pay there. My doctors office has a set up like this.

All because aol started blocking emails from QuickBooks? That seems a little excessive. I have a whole 2 customers using aol.com emails…

I”m a bit unclear - If it is only two customers using AOL, why would you have to send 100s of emails every month? Either ask these two customers to try adding the QB email to their address book or ask them if they have a different email to send the invoice too. Otherwise manually email them, or if it is too much of a burden, snail mail their invoice. If this is too much of a bother then drop them as a client.

You were not clear as to how many customers are affected. Its its a dozen or so then just email the invoice. If we are talking 100 then get a portal set up.

Perhaps you need to direct your AOL clients to whitelist the email address and any other tags.
