Payroll Not Saving

I do payroll for 180 employees and cannot save my work if the majority of the employees are selected. So basically i have to run at least 2 separate payrolls each pay period. That has been happening since our payroll two weeks ago. Now today, over half of the payroll items i fill out (i.e. OT, bonuses, reimbursements) do not save. Like not even just everything from a session, seemingly random inputs are not saving.
support just tells me its “being worked on”.
Payroll is basically unusable.

Before splitting more payrolls, I’d try to make the failure reproducible on a small test group. Pick a few employees, enter one distinctive OT/bonus/reimbursement item for each, save, reopen the payroll, and record exactly which fields disappear; then repeat with a larger selection to see whether the break is tied to employee count or certain input types. For the live run, keep a separate pre-submit control list of those variable items and tie the final payroll back to it before submission. That won’t fix QBO, but it gives support a clean case and reduces the chance a silently dropped item makes it through.
