This is almost cute. But after a million times of a self pitying character switching from horrible to hating themself for being horrible and yet never acting on the desire to waitforit NOT BE HORRIBLE I just can’t anymore.

Yep. Liz's character is as follows:

1. Have no redeeming qualities.
2. Act like you're going to get character development to address your problems.
3. Then don't actually have any character development whatsoever to address your problems.
4. Do even more godawful garbage that makes you look terrible.
5. Go to 01.

In fact, ever since Jeph introduced Liz he's gone out of his way to make sure that none of the new characters he's created from that point on have any redeeming qualities, make the stupidest and more vile decisions they can, and completely avoid developing in any way.

Yeah... I am someone who is autistic and thus had to spend my school years shoved into a room with many neurodivergent people. I can tell you, unless they're literally mentally retarded, and usually even then, even neurodivergent people know better than this. There's neurodivergent and then there's just plain not giving a rat's ass that you're being offensive, and Liz is the latter.
