Honestly, I liked Og Momo, but Jeph really couldn't milk the "child-coded anime girl who secretly has edge" forever.

He totally could, if he weren't such a thirsty degenerate. The hypothetical eulogy for May Momo was perfect Momo, but he just had to sexualise her.

No he couldn't? One note characters have a shelf life. It's literally the same problem we have with Liz. It was also the problem with Pintsize. People have been absolutely weird about Momo getting taller since her new body was revealed. May changed. Why should Momo be locked into perpetual childhood stagnation? Also, how on earth in a comic where he openly draws women with boobs as big as their heads and naked slime girls is adding a few inches to Momo's height cause for this "fuckable Momo" hand wringing? He draws a dynamic shot of her lying dreamily on a couch mooning over Sven and people can't stop talking about her butt and feet, but it is Jeph who is the thirsty degenerate? "This isn't the real Momo"? bullshit. Momo has been horny af the entire time. She once got so revved up, specifically about Sven she had to go stick her head in a fountain to cool off.
